No I don’t work for Izze Sparkling Juice nor do they sponsor this blog- but lets talk motivation. Today I got back in the proverbial saddle and ended my weekend with an 11 mile long run. I struggled a bit, having taken the last 2 months off. So I spent the last 4 miles thinking of the grapefruit Izze and turkey club on dark rye I would have at Pert’s Deli upon completion. That and M.I.A.’s Arular got the job done and now I’m back on track. What motivates you when you feel underwhelmed with the training task at hand?
